PerfectSite
supplied an expert witness in a recent civil case. Litigation revolved around
faulty custom cable assemblies. The assemblies ranged from 100 to 300 feet in
length. The assemblies were installed into a chain of stores nationwide. Upon
connecting up of equipment scheduled after the cabling installation, the system
integrator discovered that the assemblies had numerous faults. The cabling contractor
had been paid progress payments by the system integrator in the amount of 70%
of the cabling contract and refused to correct the problem. If problems do occur on projects that PerfectSiteSM has not participated
in, PerfectSite SM will attempt mediation before
advocating arbitration.

Arbitration
Arbiration is the businessman's method of resolving disputes before going into costly litigation that can take years to complete. Methods of resolving disputes are governed by state and federal laws, as well as by the rules of the arbitration forum itself.
Standard Arbitration ClauseAny controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
